• The role of the Independent Engineer is to oversee the execution of the project contract within the set parameters, for the client. The Independent Engineer will monitor the key aspects of the contract between the client and contractor, within time, budget and quality.
  
  
• This will be based on the FIDIC requirements stipulated by the project scope.
  MPI as the Independent Engineer will provide services to management the contract and documentation required to deliver the project within time, budget and quality.
  
  
• We can also provide assessment of the project for cost-saving initiatives and improvements to design, with specific expertise in strategic assessment of FIDIC contracts to ensure delivery of project with minimal deviations from contract.
